My name is Richard Curtis I am an Estate Planning consultant for Resolute Wills.

 

I have gained a wealth of experience over the last 35 years in customer service and client facing roles and for the last 8 years have been a money advice specialist, helping people with their finances. This provides a solid foundation to deliver a thorough, top quality service in my role as an Estate Planner.

 

I am a full member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) having completed a full training programme & becoming fully qualified. This means you will receive a fully insured, high quality service, which has your best interest at heart and is the core value of my business.

Is to give my client's an exceptional service. A service which strives to deliver quality advice, accuracy of legal documents produced to the highest standards, all delivered at pace with a personal service second to none.​

I'm looking to see how I can help you protect assets for your chosen beneficiaries, pay no more Inheritance Tax than is necessary.

 

I am with you every step of the way, from the initial meeting through to the final meeting which I will attend to ensure that the signing of the documents produces valid documents.I act as a witness for the Will signing, as well as the Certificate Provider and witness for the Lasting Power of Attorney documents.
